connection + guidance.

I am here to support you and your unique postpartum journey. I am confident in your ability to be the parent you wish to be. I provide companionship, evidence-based information, and encouragement as you learn how to care for your child.

Struggling with sleep deprivation? I’m here.

In need of breastfeeding resources? I’m here.

You need a shoulder to cry on? I’ve got you!

You are capable of having a joyful postpartum experience. With all the new joy you will also find new challenges. When you do, I’ll be there for you.

nourishment.

In order to care for your baby, you must also care for yourself. Care for yourself by allowing me to care for you! Together, we will discover and prepare nourishing meals, snacks, and drinks that you LOVE. Eating warm, comforting foods you truly enjoy increases your oxytocin, which can support your healing journey and improve lactation! I’ll make you a warm cup of tea or a crockpot meal to enjoy while you tend to your baby.

Every body is different- together, we can find foods that best support your body through this transition.

comfort + physical support.

My biggest goal for our time together is to help you find ways to increase your oxytocin- the love hormone- so you can bond with your baby, find comfort in your body, and enjoy this new season of life. Let me help you relax and reconnect with your body by…

  • Treating you to a foot soak

  • Offering comforting touch

  • Belly binding support

  • Guiding you through self-massage and baby massage

  • Preparing soothing herbal pads

household support.

As a newborn parent, your only job should be learning and loving your baby. Allow me to relieve you of light household duties so you can snuggle your little one. And, if you request, I will care for your infant so you can take a warm shower or spend some time connecting with your older children. You might ask me to bring an age-appropriate activity kit to keep your older child entertained for a bit when your hands are full.
